Run a useful design critique
Turn opinions into specific observations, risks, and next actions.
Set the frame
State the user, task, design stage, and decision the team needs to make. Ask reviewers to evaluate against that frame.
Separate observation from suggestion
First describe what is visible and what may happen. Then explain the impact before offering an alternative.
Close the loop
Group feedback by theme, identify the owner of each decision, and record what will change or remain. A critique is complete when the next step is clear.
