We do not currently operate a separate real-time public status dashboard. If you are unable to access a service, first refresh the page and try again shortly.

If the issue continues, email info@cosmatae.com with the page URL, the time the issue occurred, and a screenshot or description of what you saw. Do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials.

For confirmed widespread incidents, we will prioritise restoration and notify affected account holders when there is a material update.
